Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full-spectrum professional recruitment services
- Actively approach potential candidates via warm-/cold-calls for potential job openings
- Be responsible for candidates search, head-hunting and screening, to interview arrangement, package negotiation and offering
- Build and maintain strong relationship with candidates
- Conduct market research to keep abreast of structural changes in the job market and respective industry
- Maintain effective communication/ relationship with staff and candidates
- Degree Holder in any discipline
- Fluent spoken of English & Chinese (Including Mandarin)
- Good written English & Chinese skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, confident, result driven
