Job Description
This position plays an important role in delivering a compelling catalog of reward gifts for MoneyHero promotions, focusing on gifts procurement, vendor management and payment reconciliation. In addition, the Assistant Rewards Operations Officer (6 months renewable contract) will support the team on fulfilment and documentation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Fulfilment
- Assist with end-to-end rewards fulfilment process in accordance with SOP and guidelines and ensure a timely, cost efficient, error-free and risk controlled compliant rewards fulfilment practices
Reporting
- Ensure data from various sources are consolidated and updated in a timely manner
Documentation
- Documentation and tracking of all all current and past campaigns and their respective fulfilment criteria
SKILLS
- Higher diploma or above in any related disciplines
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Good command in Chinese and English
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A good team player with flexible characteristic
