Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage workflow by assigning daily tasks to Receptionists, Cleaners and Company Drivers, ensuring that the tasks are completed correctly before deadlines
• Provide administrative support on office management, maintenance and repair services, cleaning service arrangement for offices and branches
• Maintain a safe working environment in order to confirm to the regulations of Government
• Coordinate with the project team and contractors for the renovation work of office and branches
• Monitor the progress on the renovation work and report to the department head

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration
• At least 3 years relevant experience in office administration
• Well organized, attentive to details, able to handle multi-tasks with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office Good communication and interpersonal skills
