Job Duties

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support to the Executive Vice President and the Assistant Vice President in their daily operations and meetings.
  • Work collaboratively with team members, provide efficient administrative support to the Retail Development team members (HK office).
  • Provide other supports and admin duties whenever required and necessary, e.g. meeting coordination, internal system approval, travel and expense approval, manage stakeholder database, office admin supply etc.
  • Provide assistance and coordination with Retail Development Team (Macau office) to ensure effective communications when necessary
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements

  • With over 6 years solid experience in supporting senior executives
  • Independent, flexible and self-motivate
  • Detail and task orientated with strong organization, prioritization and time management skills
  • Thoughtful and mature personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Chinese
  • Good command in MS applications
