Job Description

Our client is a highly regarded property developer with exciting new growth and acquisitions in the past few years. They are now looking for an Assistant HR Manager to join the team.

Job Descriptions:
  • Lead the team and manage all-round HR activities such as talent acquisition, performance management and employee relations in Hong Kong
  • Managing HR end-to-end processes to meet the diverse business needs in a dynamic operating environment
  • Prepare and monitor the implementation of the operation plan for all HR activities
  • Provide constructive advice and market insights to senior management and related business unit(s)
  • Conduct review on existing HR procedures and policies to cope with business needs
  • Act as an account manager for dedicated business unit and handle all staff work-related enquiries

Requirements:
  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 8 years' HRBP and/or HR account servicing experience in a sizeable organization with a minimum of 3 years in managemerial level
  • Advanced MS Excel skill
  • Fast paced, able to work under pressure and independent 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
