Responsibilities

• Compile requests for materials. Prepare purchasing order for supplier and follow up purchasing order
• Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries
• Keep track of purchases and supplies
• Respond to supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations
• Conduct other relevant duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Detailed-mined, self-motivated with problem solving skills
• Experience in printing field is preferable but no a must
• Good command of English and Chinese
• MS word and Excel skill is required 

***Work in Kwai Chung District
