Job Description:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including compensation and benefits administration (e.g. payroll preparation, commission calculation, MPF contribution, tax filing), recruitment & selection etc.
• Assist to implement internal HR policies and guidelines 
• Handle full spectrum of Admin functions including daily office operations, couriers, office supplies procurement, business licences etc.
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by superior 

The Person:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
• A minimum of 1 year working experience in HR & administrative support
• Pleasant, independent, hardworking and self-motivated
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered for the position of Assistant HR & Admin Officer
