Job Description
- Reporting to Training Director, Greater China, you will be in charge of full training and talent development cycle for retail business in Hong Kong and Macau regions, including but not limit to training needs analysis, program design & delivery, feedback and effectiveness evaluation
- Design, conduct and evaluate all kinds of learning solutions including e-learning, virtual class, face-to-face training and field coaching covering in the areas of staff onboarding, product knowledge, services, sales management, team building, mystery shopper program as well as talent development
- Closely partner with Retail Operations Team and HR Business Partner in delivering various cross-team initiatives
- Act as a leading role in formulating the entire customer experience and feedback cycle with Retail Operations Team and conduct training for all frontline members accordingly
- Conduct field coaching at stores for promoting professional services and sustaining customer experience
- Participate in train-the-trainer program and talent development program for supporting business needs and growth
- Monitor and review training effectiveness through observing various KPIs results, take improvement action if any discrepancy is identified
- Maintain e-learning platform, prepare training reports and statistics for management review
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Degree holder or above
- At least 5 years solid work experience in managing and delivering training, preferably in retail industry
- Strong presentation skill with high adaptability in different presentation styles to suit for different types of audience and brands
- With proven track record in in-house e-learning management
- People-oriented, self-motivated with good business acumen
- Well organized and attention to details
- Strong passion in retail and service industry
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Office applications (especially in MS PowerPoint and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Training Manager
