Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of C&B functions for the HR functions assigned, like payroll/incentive calculation, statutory contribution, tax filing handling, benefits administration
• Participate in C&B related projects such as annual exercises, system update etc
• Maintain system updates including e-Leave system, HRMS, payroll system
• Support market surveys, industry analysis and collect up-to-date statutory and market information to catch market trend
• Provide effective and customer-oriented services to employees and HR counterparties
• Ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 1 years or above hands-on C&B and payroll experience in sizable organizations, with regional experience is highly preferable
• Good understanding in HK labour law as we as HR related practice
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Experience in payroll system implementation
• Past experience in administer Citiray or Yongyou is highly preferred.
• Customer oriented with good communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
