Job Description
To support unit manager in coordination of projects and center operation. Assist with the service implementation and development for our Women & Family Enhancement Centre & Financial Education Centre.

Responsibilities:
- To provide logistic support for Multi-Generation Education Project in promotion and/or training activities. Responsible for both internal and external communications.
- To support professional team in prepare and draft proposals, consolidate progress and final reports for funding disbursement.
- To perform administrative support for service management.
- Diploma or above in Business & Communications, Administration, Public Relations or related disciplines, with at least 2 years' working experiences.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Independent, self-motivated, flexible, responsible and willing to work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel.
