Key Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of HR administrative service from hire to retire including but not limiting to manpower sourcing, onboarding, payroll and benefits, attendance checking (covering outsource contractors) and employee relations
• Maintain and update HRMS - Flex and staff files, prepare report data and produce HR related monthly reports
• Work closely with various user departments for staffing issues
• Assist in organizing staff events and community service activities
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments as and when required
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources Management
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in industrial/operational setting and in sizeable organization
• Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and Employee Compensation Ordinance
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel (pivot table, vlookup)
• Familiar with HRMS - Flex is an advantage
• Strong numerical sense and logical mind, willing to learn and well organized
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to deal with people in diverse backgrounds and cultures
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• With more years of work experience will be considered as People Officer
