Responsibilities

• To supervise a small team in implementing manpower plans, source and initiate appropriate programmes for superior’s consideration in support of efficient and effective attraction of talents
• To take charge in the recruitment process including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, offer making, etc.
• To provide necessary support in the implementation of the new Human Resources Management System including preparation of user manuals, end-user training, etc.
• To take part and provide support in various HR related projects
• To assist in reviewing and updating HR related policies and procedures
• To prepare ad hoc human resources management reports and data analysis

Requirements: 

• Degree holder, preferably in human resources, humanities, business administration or similar disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in human resources field in established organization with proven track record in managing tasks and projects independently
• Familiar with Employment and other related Ordinances
• Hands-on experience of PC operation and knowledge of common software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
• Solid experience in using Workday would be a definite advantage
• Knowledge and experience in Tableau and HR analytics is highly preferable
