Responsibilities:

• Work with internal department for daily department operation ; 
• Perform CS service of business users including Phone calls & E-mail enquiries ; 
• Provide the best solutions for building excellent customer relationship & follow up to a resolution ; 
• Assist the team for general administration support ;
• Ad hoc duties by team Manager ;

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in any related disciplines ;  
• at least 1 - 2 years in customer service or office clerk working experience ;
  
• Good command in written English and Chinese ( Mandarin ) ; 
• Good sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, self-motivated and good problem solving skills;
