Job Description

Our Client is a well-known apparel manufacturer group.  They are currently looking for professional to join their company:

 Responsibilities:

  • Manage full spectrum of office administration function in Hong Kong including: Reception, services, security, office supplies, stationary, local and international courier services etc.
  • Lead and provide guidance to local administrative team
  • Liaise with internal and external parties (suppliers / service providers / contractors) to streamline workflow and exercise cost control
  • Review, formulate and standardize administration policies, practices and procedures for efficiency
  • Monitor and manage procurement process in both office equipment and supplies including sourcing, negotiation and vendor management
  • Prepare annual budget and monitor expenses to ensure cost effectiveness
  • Liaise with landlord and estate agent on leasing matters
  • Project manage office renovation/relocation and facilities maintenance
  • Provide timely and accurate reports for review
  • Manage and implement cost effective insurance scheme to headquarter and supervise policies performance for regional offices and factories
  • Assist in continuous upgrading and improving office environment, administrative services with a customer-oriented approach
  • Overall business travel arrangement for flight bookings, accommodation and traveler’s visa application Manage company fleet, driver, HK/China vehicle license, parking space and booking schedule

  Requirements: 

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • 8 years of professional experience in administration and project management
  • Proven track record of successful people / administration / project management
  • Currently possessing a network of couriers, hotels, airlines and contractors a plus
  • A good team player and able to communicate with all levels in our organization
  • Good planning and prioritization skills with strong project management capabilities
  • Highly motivated; demonstrates a "can-do" approach in being proactive with work assignments
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast growing, multinational organization preferred
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
