Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Review the employees’ handbooks and HR policies and procedures for HK headquarters and worldwide offices for market alignments, organisation needs, and update of employment legislations
  • Assist in planning and implementing HR projects, including but not limited to compensation and benefits benchmarking, policies and practices benchmarking and HR digitalisation
  • Participate in market surveys as and when required, provide findings and analysis on the survey results to ensure the company’s policies and practices are aligned with the respective markets
  • Keep abreast of the market trends and changes in employment legislation in the assigned markets
  • Provide support and advice to other HR team members on HR policies as well as compensation and benefits-related matters
  • Undertake any other duties/special assignments/projects as directed by supervisor
Requirements
  • University graduate preferably in any discipline
  • Around 8 years of working experience with exposure in HR policy review and/or compensation and benefits, preferably with regional experience. Candidate with less experience but sound profile will also be considered
  • Working experience in HR consultancy firms is an advantage
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, able to work independently and under pressure and with an eye on details
  • Well-developed analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
