Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment and related HR issues including salary preparation, attendance records, overtime payment and allowance, training, etc. 
• Arrange on-board logistic such as permit application and licenses 
• Prepare internal memo with updated policy and guidelines 
• Assists to handle admin activities and ad hoc requests from Authority 
• Follow up Ad hoc projects and assignments 

Requirements: 

• High diploma or above  
• 1 year or above relevant experience 
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Responsible, independent and able to work under pressure 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
