We are looking for a talented and energetic candidate to join the Air Hong Kong family. As Human Resources Officer, you will be supporting the Human Resources team in delivering professional HR services to ensure compliance, efficiency, accuracy and high standard of internal customer services.  

Key Accountabilities

Be part of the HR team in support of a smooth administration and operation of the end-to-end HR processes, in the functional areas of recruitment, employee engagement, Compensation & Benefits, and general HR administrative service for all AHK pilots and ground employees.

• Performs efficient and accurate administration of employee records, payroll, work visa renewal, employee benefits and office administration related tasks.
• Provides timely and professional internal customer service support to the pilot community and other ground colleagues in delivering valuable customer service and supporting smooth airline operations as and when required.
• Enjoys working in the aviation industry of multicultural context. 
• Competence in compiling management reporting and data analysis as and when required
• Contributes to a continuous improvement culture with a passion and an open-mindset for continuous learning.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

• Tertiary education and above preferred
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Chinese
• Relevant administrative experience in the Human Resource field and/or aviation industry will be a definite advantage
• High standard of computer literacy (proficiency in MS Office, desirably with interests and knowledge on HR related digital systems and tools)
• Preferably with good knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and taxation regulations
• Proactive, self-driven with a can-do spirit and open-mindedness in embracing changes
• Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills
• Hong Kong permanent resident status
• Would have completed 3rd booster of the Covid vaccine, or two doses of Covid vaccine with exemption due to previous Covid infection.
