Job Description
Our client is a stable international law firm with a collaborative, multi-cultural and dynamic working environment. They are seeking a junior admin assistant to assist in the all-rounded team admin and transactional support work.
Responsibilities:
- General administrative support to the lawyers
- Preparing financial transactions reports
- Closely working with the documentation centre and print room to preparing large pieces of legal documents
- Data entry and managing the digital filing system
- Organizing team meetings and preparing related meeting materials
- Answering the enquiries clients, chambers and SFCs
- Other clerical support to the team
- At least 2 years working experience from legal industry
- Good team player with good communication ability
- Excellent spoken and written English required and overseas educated candidate preferred
- Welcome candidates with experience as legal secretary / paralegal / law clerk
- Candidates immediately available will be considered first
