As a Consultant, you will be involved in the whole recruitment cycle from networking, sourcing and screening high-quality candidates, liaising with clients, and delivering professional recruitment services to candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and potential interview candidates based on clients' requirements
• Manage the entire interview process, relaying feedback, introducing candidates to clients and job opportunities to candidates, and delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
•  Manage and develop professional relationships with corporates through regular follow up through calls, emails, and business meetings
• Develop new clients and maintain strong working relationships with existing clients, including HR/hiring managers

Requirements:

• Enjoy working in a multi-tasking and fast-paced environment
• Good communications skills in English and Chinese
• Able to demonstrate a professional image to both clients and candidates
