Specific Responsibilities:

Renal Specific:

• Assist all in-bound and out-bound travel renal patients for their travel arrangement   
• Manage all matters related with APD rental, e.g, contracts, machine/patient records, inter-department coordination

All BUs:

• Support four Marketers to plan and execute marketing events.  It includes liaise with external organization/vendors, conduct conference registration and onsite support etc.
• Support Marketers for data entry in different systems
• Act as the point of contact to managing promotional, non-promotional and training materials
• Support Marketers with data collection when needed
• Other tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma  or above
• At least 7 year related working experience is preferred
• Good problem solving, interpersonal, organization and statistical skills
• A quick learner with good communication skill that can adapt to changes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
