Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries regarding payroll calculation;
Verify the accuracy of the raw data, which are correlated to wages calculation, such as attendance records and leave records;
Update and maintain employee C&B records in the HR system and personnel files;
Assist in staff benefit review and employee relations activities;
Handle enquiries regarding Employee’s Compensation;
Update and maintain employee EC records in the HR system and personnel files;
Provide general administrative support to the department;
- Provide counter enquiry support in wages issues.
Diploma in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines;
1 years human resources experience with focus on C&B functions preferable;
Good command in spoken; written English and Chinese;
Proficiency in MS Office Applications; Chinese Word Processing;
Details- minded, Independent, Self-initiative, Well-organized and good team player with enthusiastic and proactive behavior;
Willing to work under pressure and capable of meeting deadlines;
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulations.
