Accounting Support

•       Prepare Invoice, cheques and Follow-up
•       Follow up purchase order numbers provided by client;
•       Collect cash, credit card fee receipts and Supplier Invoice;
•       Manage petty cash;
•       Assist in recording employee leave requests, update Admin & Job List;
•       Weekly reports for Invoice issued, accounts receivable and PO provided by a client;

Admin Jobs

•       To provide full spectrum of administration support for the office, including but not limited to clerical and liaison work, procurement, insurance and facility management;
•       Motor Vehicle Insurance and license renewal;
•       Outdoor duties may be required occasionally;
•       Support ad-hoc assignments as required;
•       Perform receptionist duties;

Requirements:

•       Form 7 or above
•       1-2 years or above relevant experience is preferred;
•       Knowledge of Mac, Microsoft Word, Excel 
•       Strong sense of responsibility, independent, and detail-oriented
•       Good command of English & Chinese language skills;
•       Immediate availability is preferred
