This is a full-time position in the Church Office and responsibilities will include:

• Full support and assistance to the Ministry Head in ensuring the smooth operation of the three ministries
• Administrative duties of the school (HKSSM) including student enrolment, compiling lecture notes & teaching materials, monitoring of attendance & student assignments and organizing outreach trips
• Administrative duties of The Healing Rooms such as maintaining duty rosters, attendance, client records, etc.

 Requirements

• Able to operate independently and also work with a team
• Organized, self-motivated, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service, effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• University Degree or Diploma with minimum 2 years’ experience in office or school administration preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English (Proficiency in Cantonese would be an advantage)
• Flexibility in working hours
