Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including payroll administration, recruitment, compensation and benefits and performance management;
• Assist to review and implement HR policies and procedures to meet company business needs, goals and objectives;
• Handle staff enquires and support employee engagement activities;
• Lead and participate actively in HR related projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned;
• Perform and supervise daily office administration functions 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline;
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Human Resources & Administration field with around 3 years of supervisory experience;
• Proactive, independent, well-organized and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment;
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Good computer literacy with good command of English and Chinese
