Job Requirement & Responsibilities:

• University graduated with Bachelor degree or above(Master degree is an advantage) in professional qualified Human Resources, Accounting, Financial studies.
• 5 years or above of Human Resources working experiences which including at least 2 years specialized in C&B.
• Excellent command in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word & Excel.
• General HR functions & duties especially expert in salary remuneration.
• Able to adapt various HR systems and make use of the systems to manage C&B, staff movement, reports analysis, etc.
• Company HR budget, C&B analysis and related statistics.
• Assist in HR Policy review to be in compliance with ordinance & requirement, keep updated market information.
• To keep good and efficient communication with internal departments and subsidiary companies.
• Assist to take up any other jobs assigned by supervisor or company.
• Good command in Chinese and English, fluent speaking in Mandarin is an advantage.

• 非常熟練操作Powerpoint, Word, Excel, 特別要熟練掌握Excel函數運用
• 瞭解人力資源各個功能模式, 且對薪酬模組特別熟悉
• 熟練運用人力資源系統進行計發薪酬, 人事數據變更, 報表分析等操作
• 協助公司的人力預算, 薪酬分析與統計等相關工作
• 協助檢討公司人力資源制度符合法規及集團要求, 保持市場資料及信息更新
• 負責與其他部門及下級公司保持良好工作溝通
• 協助其他相關部門工作及公司指派工作
• 中英文良好（普通話流利者優先）
