Job Description

• Provide support to Facilities Management Team in handling all facilities management related duties, users’ enquiries and complaints
• Perform housekeeping, preventive and regular check for office facilities
• Coordinate with contractors/service vendors and building management office on repairs and maintenance works
• Conduct check to the performance of cleaning, security and other maintenance contractors / service vendors
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Experience required

• HKDSE with Certificate/Diploma in Facility / Property Management / Business Administration or related discipline
• 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in sizable company
• Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Security Training Certificate an advantage
• Pleasant personality, people-oriented with a can-do-attitude
• Hardworking, reliable, self-disciplined and attend to details
• Good interpersonal skills and good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
