• Assist store manager to verify all designated shops’ staff attendance records and clarify all discrepancies before sending out to Human Resource & Administrative Division
• Prepare staff movement report, sales report and / or any other sales related report for management review
• Provide administrative support to assigned store’s staff training class enrollment and report absence to Training Division for records
• Process expense reimbursement and / or invoice settlement for management’s approval
• Place order of store operation materials e.g. stationary and store cleaning materials in maintain store operation

Job Requirements

• Secondary school graduate
• At least 1 year relevant experience in retail/ FMCG industry
• Good at Excel and familiar with other MS office software applications
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese 
• Strong interpersonal skill, detail minded, willing to learn and able to work independently
• 8.5 hours / shift and 7 days off / month & store location: Central
• New Join bonus : $3000
• Immediate available is highly preferred
