Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of C&B functions to designated business units
• Perform and handle all payroll functions & data verification including but not limited to monthly payroll, final payment, bank reconciliation, MPF administration, tax filing and leave calculation
• Assist in preparing various analysis, annual & budgeting reports for management review
• Participate in system tests for system upgrade and enhancement activities
• Ensure all HR information systems are updated and accurate
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 4 years or above solid experience major in C&B functions including payroll, final payment and financial reports etc. (preferably gained in sizable organization)
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related ordinance
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized under pressure and able to meet deadlines with good time management
• Proficient computer literacy, including HR system (preferably IPL system), MS Powerpoint, MS Excel with VLookup and pivot table is a must
• Good command of English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
• Immediately available is preferred
• Working Location: Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate (Shuttle Bus Services provide at TKO MTR Station)
