Responsibilities 

• Work with a team to support full recruitment cycle and provide one-stop recruitment services 
• Explore different recruitment channels and monitor the effectiveness 
• Liaise with external parties for recruitment activities and participate in recruitment events 
• Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review 
• Formulate, implement and standardize HR manuals, policies and procedures 
• Assist in employer branding activities, staff engagement activities and other corporate projects 
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements 

• Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience preferably in Retail, F&B or Hospitality industry 
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations 
• Independent & well-organized with good communication skills 
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and self-motivated 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS
