Responsibilities:

• Provide all-rounded office administrative and HR support for the department and perform any ad-hoc assignment as required
• Handle accounts payable, receivable and outstanding payment, e.g. invoice and expenses claims
• Co-ordinate shipment/delivery with respective departments, forwarders and suppliers
• Prepare purchase order and suppliers invoice
• Compile statistical figures or reports for the nominated accounts
• Responsible for month end closing and reporting

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines, with minimum  2-3 years’ of relevant working experience in logistics or accounting, with exposure in trading and medical industry is an advantage
• Well – organized, multi- tasking, proactive and able to work independently in a fast paced environment  
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
