• Coordinate technical teams communicate with suppliers
• Responsible for any issues related to ironmongery, and work closely with frontline staff, including the Technical team and Sales team
• Provide clerical and administrative support to technical team and design specialists , e.g. update and monitor roster and recording information such as ironmongery specifications, problems that occurred and actions taken
• Co-ordinate with supplier to follow up repair and maintenance work
• Handle general clerical works such as preparing after sales documents, data-entry and record keeping
• Assist with Technical Manager to develop and produce procedures, guidelines and training materials to improve operation efficiency
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience 
• Self-driven, independent with Positive Attitude
• Proficiency in using Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
