Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative / Business Operation support to Department Head
- Manage daily schedule and business appointments; organizing meetings , prepare meeting minutes and tracking on progress
- Prepare presentation materials for meetings and business reports
- Offer assistance to handle office supplies, stationery ordering, enquiries phone call, data entry and document filing
- Assist in ad hoc duties if required
Requirements
- Associate Degree or above (University degree preferred but not mandatory)
- 2-years’ relevant working experience
- Self-motivated, proactive , well-organized and good at inter person communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Immediately available preferred
