Responsibilities:

• Perform payroll and benefits admin, taxfiling and other HR related services in accurate manner
• Conduct compensation & benefits review and market survey
• Insurance and MPF enrollment for new staffs 
• Maintain HRIS (“IPL”), leave records, group insurance records and MPF records, etc.
• Compile HR reports e.g. staff list, headcount report, HR cost report, organization chart and other HR statistical reports for management’s review
• Prepare separation package and final payment for leavers
• Liaise with service providers on Group Insurance and MPF, etc.
• Consult external official authorities (such as Labour Department, Inland Revenue Department) on matters relevant to C&B policies 
• Assist in other HR projects as and when required

Requirements:

• University Degree in Human Resources Management or a business related discipline
• Minimum 3 years in-house expierence in payroll operations and tax return preparation, preferably with financial institutions or MNCs;
• Experience in IPL set up/UAT and/or maintenance highly preferred
• Attentive to details and be able to deliver accurate output
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and be a team player
• Excellent computer skills especially in MS Excel and Chinese word processing
