- Innovate, design and deliver impactful leadership development and competency on-demand programs.
- Take the lead in enabling and engaging all Talents to onboard various digital learning platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree holder with 5+ years experiences in Talent function from sizable companies
- Hands-on facilitation of trainee and leadership development programs. Training certification is a plus
- Sound influencing and communication skills on people across all levels, with experience on project consultation and management
- Quick response and high versatility
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Candidate with less delivery experience will be considered as Officer
- Support to embed HKBN leadership competencies and core values in all our learning touchpoints.
- Assist to deliver impactful leadership development and competency on-demand programs.
- Facilitate action learning and production of digital learning platforms.
- Administer our internal Talent Development Sponsorship program and enhance it via process digitalization and streamlines.
- Coordinate with business units to facilitate using external resources or subsidies to maximize our resources for supporting Talents’ growth.
- Prepare various Talent reports (e.g. Talents’ needs or skills deficits) through our HR Management system
- Collaborate with other Talent Engagement teammates to run company-wide Talent events and internal promotion.
- Collaborate with Guangzhou Talent Development / Talent Relations to leverage resources in co-organizing learning initiatives.
The follow attributes will be valued
- Bachelor’s degree holder with at least 1-3 year of experiences in Talent function from sizable companies
- Well-organized and with analytical mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Excel
- Excellent written and spoken in both English and Chinese
