Responsibilities

l Lead and responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions

l Manage HR functions including the processing of compensation & benefits, staff recruitment & selection, monthly payroll, staff relations programs and salary benchmarking, etc

l Conduct review, plan and implement of HR and Administration policies and procedures to cope with the business needs and organization growth

l Responsible for all office administrative/procurement functions including office services and supplies, insurance, repair and maintenance, etc

l Prepare regular human resources and office administration reports for management's review

l Other ad-hoc works as required

Qualifications

l Bachelor Degree in HR Management or related discipline

l Minimum of 6 years of all-rounded Human Resources and Administration experience, of which a minimum of 2-3 years at supervisory level

l Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations is a MUST

l Agile, self-motivated, proactive, detailed-mind and able to manage multiple tasks

l Proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

l Proficiency in MS Office applications

l Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
