Job Description

In this position you will....

  • be an experienced HR practitioner looking to join our People Solutions team as a Project Manager - leading various projects and initiatives. Working closely with the HRBP team and other internal functions, projects will vary from strategic, to tactical to simply some ‘fix’ initiatives.

You will be responsible for…

  • Reporting to the Director, Group People Solutions, the role is to support Global projects and initiatives  

  • Organization is going through a lot of change and the centralization and simplification of our core People operating model is key  

  • The projects will vary from strategic, to tactical, to simply some ‘fix’ initiatives  

  • There are a couple of large external partnership projects under way – which will see some HR work delivered through our partner (Core Operations / Payroll)  

  • It is a hands-on role – you’ll need to fully involved in the ‘doing’

You will require the following qualifications and skills

  • Likely to have had 5+ years of HR Operational and/or HRBP experience and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of HR processes  

  • Able to ascertain big picture clarity, and then have the attention to detail to deliver it  

  • Able to manage stakeholders – extracting needs and information and setting expectations   

  • Should be able to demonstrate the ability to map current processes and review for future opportunities  

  • Ability to deal with data – understand requirements, export / filter / sort and provide basic analysis   

  • Interest in delivering through HR systems – experience in Oracle HCM an advantage  

  • Project / Change / Agile methodology experience and advantage  

  • Excellent English communication skills
