Job Description
Responsibilities:
HR duties:
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, payroll, MPF, HR related documents;
- Maintain HR database, tax and MPF filing;
- Prepare various reports and analysis for management review;
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Admin duties:
- Responsible for general office administrative duties;
- Maintain equipment and supplies control for both office and factory;
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or above in Human Resources Management, or related discipline;
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Human Resources in FMCG, experience worked in factory Administration & HR is an advantage;
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulations;
- Passionate, detail-minded, able to work independently and able to deal with staff at all levels;
- Strong communication skill in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficient in MS office, advanced user of Excel preferred;
- Immediate available is highly preferred;
- 5.5 days work (alt SAT).
