Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and follow up enquires.
• Manage appointments for patients and doctors
• Provide assistance to doctors
• Monitor the usage of the consultation rooms
• Assist to check newborn & child check-up and vaccinations
• Undertake general nursing duties 
• Provide clerical and administrative support
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Good Communication & Patient Service Skill
• Fluent English/Cantonese/Mandarin
• Experience in Paediatrics will be advantage but not a must
• Clinic experience is preferable
• Knowledge of PC applications including Chinese word-processing
• Responsible, proactive, willing to learn and good team player.
• Presentable with pleasant personality and good telephone manner
