Job Duties:

• Perform full reception duties such as guests greeting and answering incoming calls and enquiries
• Handle all incoming and outgoing couriers for both local and overseas
• Provide daily office administrative support including supplies ordering & equipment maintenance and renovation projects arrangement
• Manage meeting room booking and scheduling such as room setup and tea service arrangement
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduate or above
• At least 2 years related working experience
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
• Cheerful, responsible, well-organized and detail-minded
• Immediate availability preferred
