• Diploma in any discipline
• Assist in various HR functions including recruitment administration, leave maintenance , payment verification, training record, medical claim, general reporting and other clerical duties
• Provide administrative support to the department and assist in various HR projects
• Good command in Chinese, English & Mandarin
• Proficiency in various computer applications
• Detail oriented, able to work independently

One-year contract will be offered to the candidate, subject to renewal
