Job description and responsibilities:

• Handle information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data etc.
• Daily Data Entry and Filing - including mails and companies’ documents preparation, clerical duties with bank.
• Assist all aspects of administrative management and communication.
• Communication with IRD and Companies Registry or other Government departments.
• Assist in other regular or ad hoc projects and assignments.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Independent, strong self-motivation, confidentiality, willing to learn and loyalty essential
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Appropriate computer and software skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Windows)
• Strong in communication and expression, detail-minded and well organized 
• Positive work attitude, able to work independently and willingness to learn and multi-task
• Recent graduates will be considered
• Experience in overseas working or studying is an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred

We operate on a 5-day work week.
