Job Responsibilities:

• Perform company administrative, procurement  and facility management duties including but not limited to office supplies, assets management and insurance-related matters
• Manage office equipment contracts
• Oversee office renovation, relocation and related projects
• Liaise with the vendors of uniform and monitor its stock level 
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines

• 6-8 years relevant experience in sizable companies
• Well-organized, good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office including Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available would be an advantage
