About the role:

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a HR professional to join our team as Human Resource Business Partner, with Talent Acquisition exposure. You will work closely with business leaders to provide expert HR and organizational development support and advice to enable successful execution of business and departmental strategies.

  • Provide a full range of professional HR services including but not limited to recruitment and selection, manpower and department budgeting, rewards and benefits management, staff relations, performance management and diversity, equity and inclusion, etc.
  • Develop a recruitment strategy including job posting optimization, candidate sourcing, assessment design, workforce needs, etc
  • Develop a strong business partnership and relationship with respective business area leaders, as well as gain clear understanding of respective business strategies and priorities, and be able to draw on full array of HR disciplines to provide people solutions to meet the business needs
  • Equip business leaders with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage and develop their people and provide proactive guidance and counsel on people related issues
  • Develop talent and succession plan to build people and organizational capability
  • Develop people engagement plan to improve employee experience
  • Coach managers and/or employees on people related issues including performance, terminations, career development, team development and talent management
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to facilitate insight driven discussion on people analytics and trends
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

What we’re looking for:

Key Capabilities:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related disciplines or equivalent
  • Fully conversant with the employment legislations in Hong Kong.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Independent, well-organized and result-oriented with good analytical and numerical capability.
  • High level of ethics and confidentiality
  • Team player
