Responsibilities:

• Perform daily administrative services to Korean Executive Chef in Product Development team;
• Provide clerical support for Product Development team but not limited to menus, product recipes formulation, orders placing, presentation materials preparation and data analysis;
• Maintain daily operation in warehouse, but not limited to keep stock accuracy and prepare the inventory report, facilitate daily inbound and outbound operation, execute and control the warehouse activities;
• Liaise with various departments and units for inventory flow and stock level, and collaborate with different external stakeholders for coordinating operational issues;
• Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments.

Requirements:

•          Tertiary educated in any discipline, and high level of proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, Korean and English;
•          1-2 years working experience;
•          Catering administration experience is highly preferable;
•          Capable to communicate effectively with staffs at all levels;
•          Proactive, well-organized, attentive, precise, self-motivated with good time management;
•          Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese and Korean Word Processing, etc.
