Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Legal Studies
• 3-4 years relevant working experience in IP-related matters
• Previous experience in trademark application and registration
• Experience in sizable or multinational companies is highly preferred
• Self-motivated, energetic, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese WP
• Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Perform general IP related matters with internal and external parties
• Responsible for trademark application, registration and renewal matters
• Conduct trademark pre-filing search and draft related documents
• Handle file management of IP matters and update & maintain IP databases
• Assist in preparing documents to Trademark Registry and ad hoc assignments
