Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive HR services including recruitment, on-boarding and staff case handling
  • Plan and execute large volume of recruitment to fulfill the annual and monthly manpower needs
  • Prepare headcount and cost effectiveness reports for management review
  • Be involved in special projects, e.g. GT Program, salary review, position alignment & policy/procedure review 
  Requirements
  • Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
  • 4 to 5 years' solid experience in recruitment
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinances
  • Good comment of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PPT), data analysis and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available is an advantage
