Responsibilities

• Perform HR Generalist role, to handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, monthly payroll, MPF and tax filing
• Provide HR operational support including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement activities and other HR related admin duties
• Responsible for relocation arrangement and visa application and renewal for expatriates
• Assist in updating HR policies and practices in compliance with governmental laws and regulations and corporate best practices
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Proactive, detail-oriented and well organized
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point & Chinese word processing
