The incumbent will be responsible for order processing and delivery coordination ensuring timely and accurate products delivery to our customers.  He/she is required to manage customer enquiries while working closely with 3PL and internal teams on order and product delivery arrangement. He/she will also be responsible for sales administration work like report generation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year relevant sales administration experience preferrably in FMCG industry
• Detail oriented, strong coordination and organizationl skills
• Hands-on computer skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese 
• Immediate available preferred
