Role & Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor students' performance, and record relevant data to assess academic progress and provide feedback to parents/ teachers
• Assist teachers in giving feedback on students' assignments
• Work with Canada office regarding student’s schedules, assignment deadlines and exam date.
• Carry out administrative works relating to study abroad, immigration and visa application
• Provide after sales support to the engaged clients and develop good customer relationship

• University degree preferred
• Minimum 1 years or above working experience preferably in education sector
• Presentable, approachable, outgoing and friendly
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• An appropriate level of IT skills i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing;
• Good data and information management skills is an advantage
