Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through networking, advertising, and referral
• Provide expert market knowledge and advice to hiring team and account managers
• Maintain the highest level of candidate networks, take responsibility for candidate care and main a good relationship with candidates
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and develop a deep understanding of their positions and needs
• Interview candidates on a general basis and for specific roles. Calibrate all interviewed candidates, and make recommendations to hiring managers for interview selection.
• Manage the job offer process and negotiate salary packages effectively and professionally
• Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Work as part of a team to maximize commercial opportunities

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 year working experience in IT Recruitment
• Recruitment agency background is highly preferred
• Good command of English in both speaking and writing
• Self-starter and ability to work collaboratively with team member
• Strong sense of responsibility and service orientation
• Proficient in MS Office application
