Job Description
Our client is a fast growing fintech start-up in Hong Kong. Due to the expansion, they would like to invite an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Source suitable candidates through networking, advertising, and referral
- Provide expert market knowledge and advice to hiring team and account managers
- Maintain the highest level of candidate networks, take responsibility for candidate care and main a good relationship with candidates
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and develop a deep understanding of their positions and needs
- Interview candidates on a general basis and for specific roles. Calibrate all interviewed candidates, and make recommendations to hiring managers for interview selection.
- Manage the job offer process and negotiate salary packages effectively and professionally
- Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work as part of a team to maximize commercial opportunities
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 year working experience in IT Recruitment
- Recruitment agency background is highly preferred
- Good command of English in both speaking and writing
- Self-starter and ability to work collaboratively with team member
- Strong sense of responsibility and service orientation
- Proficient in MS Office application
